Intellectual Property
All Academy course materials remain the property of iPhone Film Academy™ and Micro Trip Rush LLC unless otherwise stated. Course content may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Student-Created Content
Students retain ownership of their original creative work. By submitting content to Moon Dance™, participants grant iPhone Film Academy™ permission to display submitted entries for judging, educational purposes, festival presentations, promotional materials, and marketing related to the contest.

Course Updates
Course content may be updated periodically to improve the student experience.

Promotional Travel Incentives
Certain promotional offers include eligibility for hotel stay certificates. Certificates are promotional incentives only and are subject to: Verification, Availability, Participating destinations, Certificate provider terms and conditions.

Taxes, resort fees, transportation, meals, parking, and incidental travel expenses are the responsibility of the traveler. Certificates have no cash value.

Referral Program
Referral incentives are earned only after all published program requirements have been satisfied. Fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or abuse of the referral program may result in removal from the program.

No Guarantee
Enrollment does not guarantee: Employment, Acting opportunities, Film distribution, Sponsorships, Social media success, Income.

Student success depends upon individual effort, creativity, consistency, and market conditions.
